The benefit of selecting a motorised hospital bed over a manual hospital bed is the reduction of strain on both the user and the caregiver as everything is controlled through a remote control that is easily accessible.

How to use a motorised 2 function hospital bed?

A motorised 2 function hospital bed allows user/ caregivers to adjust the:

Height of the upper body of the user
Height of lower body of the user

The 2 functions can be done by pressing on specific buttons on the remote controller that is easily accessible.

Adjust the height of the upper body

Push the top left button on the remote control to lift the upper body
Press and hold until preferred height
Release when the bed is adjusted to the preferred height
Push the top right button on the remote control to lower the upper body
Likewise, hold until preferred height and release

Adjust the height of the lower body

Push the left button in the 2nd row on the remote control to lift the lower body
Press and hold until preferred height
Release when the bed is adjusted to the preferred height
Push the right button in the 2nd row on the remote control to lower the lower body
Likewise, hold until preferred height and release
