After each delivery, we will ensure the user and/ or the caregivers understands how to use the wheelchair and give tips on how to provide proper caregiving to the wheelchair user to create a safer environment for both the caregiver and the wheelchair user.

2. Wheelchair transport and delivery

In some cases, the user might need the wheelchair right after their discharge or for visitors arriving at the airport. It might be difficult to find a wheelchair transport at the time of discharge or arrival. We offer delivery and wheelchair transport services for users within a short notice period. This allows the user to have the wheelchair immediately after he/she leaves the hospital or the airport and have a safe journey in our wheelchair transport bus.

Step 1: Contact us directly

Do contact us at 9053 6727 or the contact form below to check on the availability of our wheelchair for rental. From the conversation, our team will understand the needs of the wheelchair user and with the information, we will explain and recommend the most suitable wheelchair for the user’s use. 

Step 2: Decide on the wheelchair required

Once you have decided which wheelchair to rent, leave us a WhatsApp at 9053 6727 or the contact form below and indicate your name. If you like to engage our delivery and collection service remember to input your delivery address (Charges applicable). 

Step 3:  Make payment to confirm the rented wheelchair

After confirmation of the rental of the wheelchair, our team will send you an invoice. Please make a 20% deposit or full payment to confirm the rental. Due to the high demand of rental, we provide the rented wheelchair on a first come first serve basis.

What happens on the day of wheelchair delivery/ collection?

We will obtain collection and delivery time and date (Address information as well for delivery services).

2. What happens on the day of delivery?

Upon delivery and setting up the wheelchair, our team will provide instructional guidance for the caregiver on the basic functions of the wheelchair. This is to ensure the wheelchair is used in the right way and safely. The remaining payment(if any) will be collected on the day of collection or delivery.
